We are currently supporting a logistics and warehouse developer with a strong track record of acquisitions and project delivery across Europe. They’re looking to hire a Project Developer to join their growing team.

The company is based in the Frankfurt region, but open to candidates across Germany. The role can vary in seniority depending on your experience.

What they’re looking for:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in industrial, logistics, or warehouse real estate
Experience in project development or a related function (e.g. technical, planning, investment, or asset management)
Fluent German
Strong understanding of the development process and ability to manage or support warehouse projects

This is a good opportunity for either experienced developers or those with relevant backgrounds looking to step into a development role.
