Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the conceptualization, planning, and implementation of logistics projects.

Manage project budgets, timelines, and quality standards.

What We’re Looking For:

5+ years of experience in project development, particularly in logistics or industrial sectors.
Proven expertise in land acquisition and regulatory processes.
A strategic thinker with a passion for innovative and sustainable project solutions.
Strong understanding of German regulations and real estate development standards.
Fluent in German and good level of English, with excellent communication skills.
