Senior Asset Manager Vacancy - Munich
Our client, an internationally established asset and investment firm, is currently expanding its logistics real estate portfolio in Germany and seeking a skilled Asset Manager and Senior Asset Manager to join their Munich office. These roles will focus solely on logistics assets, managing a high-value portfolio of over €400 million.
The successful candidates will be responsible for the active management of our German logistics assets, ensuring optimal performance through effective multi-tenant management, tenant negotiations, and investor relations. Key Responsibilities
Maintain regular communication with investors, delivering insights and updates on portfolio status.
Contribute to portfolio growth through a proactive, strategic approach to asset management, including ESG considerations where applicable.
Actively manage tenant relationships and lead negotiations with a focus on multi-tenant assets.
Oversee a logistics-focused asset portfolio in Germany, ensuring efficient and effective asset performance.
Market trend analysis and property valuation skills
Requirements
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Architecture, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
Financial analysis and strategic planning skills
Experience in developing asset management plans
Key Requirement: Proven Experience in Managing Logistics Assets is Essential
Asset Manager:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in asset management, specifically within logistics real estate.
Degree or equivalent qualifications.
Fluent in German with a good level of English.
Experience in tenant negotiations
Familiarity with ESG practices is a plus
Senior Asset Manager:
Minimum of 6 years’ experience in asset management within the logistics sector.
Relevant degree or professional qualifications.
Fluency in German and good proficiency in English.
Strong negotiation skills, with experience managing multi-tenant properties.
Knowledge of ESG practices or being involved within sustainability strategies
